Crème Angèle Pumpkin Muffins 

A sprinkling of delicious brown sugar enhances the pumpkin flavor.  

Get the oven hot, about 375°. For approximately 5 minutes, in a big basin, 

beat the sugars and butter until they are light and fluffy.  

Along with the eggs, molasses, buttermilk, and orange zest, beat in the pumpkin mixture.

In order to make the topping, mix the flour with the brown sugar and crumble the butter into the flour mixture.  

After 20 to 25 minutes in the oven, remove the toothpick from the muffin. 

Disperse on top of batter. After 5 minutes, transfer to a wire rack to cool entirely.
